1. Project Name: Coal tar and low-carbon alkane recycling projects.
2. Project address: The east side of Wuhu Power Plant, Chemical New Material Park of Ningxia Energy and Chemical Base, Ningxia. The total land area of the project is 600 mu. The total investment for the first phase of the project is 1.21 billion yuan.
3. Project Content:
3.1  400,000 tons/year coal tar hydrogenation unit.
3.2  600,000 tons/year 1# refined coal tar upgrading device.
3.3  5 x 103 tons/year sulfur recovery unit.
3.4  Supporting public works and auxiliary facilities.
The feasibility study report of this project was completed in May 2016. The preparation unit is Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.
 
4. project management model
    The project management adopts the general contractor responsibility system under the leadership of the owner, and the investor establishes a joint project management team (IPMT) with Jiangsu Jiayue Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. In the project implementation process, relying fully on the strength of the general contractor, the overall design work is mainly done by the owner. The project implementation stage is mainly based on the general contractor. After the project is handed over to the owner, the main part is the owner. The supervisor is responsible for the project's HSE management, quality management, process witnessing, progress supervision, and signing of completion documents. Jiangsu Jiayue Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. participates in the management of the project and protects the investor.
