3. Project main items:
Using C9 and C10 heavy aromatics as raw materials, aromatic hydrocarbon solvent products will be produced annually through distillation, heating, vaporization, collection, freezing, separation, pressing, distillation, dissolution, stirring, drying and crystallization. Four sets of process equipment for this project, a total of 11 production units: C9/C10 distillation station I; C9/C10 distillation station II; mesitylene/naphthalene crystals/centrifugal/pressing plant I; mesitylene/naphthalene crystals/ Centrifugal/pressing workshop II; mesitylene/naphthalene crystal plant I; mesitylene/naphthalene crystal plant II; polyimide plant I; polyimide plant II; polyimide plant III; anhydride plant I; anhydride device II.
The total map area and the related public works, auxiliary facilities, and off-site projects that are matched with each process device. Including: power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, fire-fighting water system, circulating water station, condensate, air separation and air pressure station, central control room, analysis laboratory, general plan transportation, storage and transportation, plant power supply outside line and road lighting, whole plant Telecommunications and so on.
 
4. Project Management Mode
 The project management adopts the general contractor responsibility system under the leadership of the owner. Lianyungang Pengchen Special New Material Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Jiayue Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. have established a joint project management team (IPMT). In the project implementation process, relying fully on the strength of the general contractor, the overall design work is mainly done by the owner. The project implementation stage is mainly based on the general contractor. After the project is handed over to the owner, the main part is the owner. The supervisor is responsible for the project's HSE management, quality management, process witnessing, progress supervision, and signing of completion documents. Jiangsu Better Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd. participates in the management of the project and protects the owners.
